Job summary

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of related pipeline or ROW experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with landowners, municipalities, and agencies.
• Negotiate agreements and enforce land agreements in place.
• Ensure compliance with existing agreements and protect company assets.
• Support project work by securing pipeline rights‑of‑way, surface leases, and related permits.
• Coordinate with Community Relations, compensation, and claims handling within Incident Command Structure.
