• Establish and maintain positive stakeholder relationships and resolve disputes to avoid legal action.
• Manage encroachments near company assets to protect them and preserve rights.
• Interpret agreements and easements, enforce restrictions or rights, grant encroachment variances, and interface with field personnel, Law, and Management.
