Job summary

Marathon Petroleum is seeking a Right of Way (ROW) Specialist based in La Palma, California, with preferred locations including Salt Lake City, Boise, or San Antonio. You will establish stakeholder relationships, negotiate and enforce land agreements, and protect company assets through effective ROW management.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least two years of related pipeline/ROW experience, with up to 10% travel (25% if located outside the La Palma office).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Two (2) years of related pipeline or ROW experience required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relations with landowners, municipalities, and agencies.
• Negotiate and enforce land agreements and easements.
• Protect company assets by managing encroachments and preserving rights.
• Support pipeline rights-of-way, surface leases, permits, and related agreements.
• Assist Community Relations, compensation, and claims handling within Emergency Response structures.
