Job summary

Atmos Energy Corporation is seeking a Right of Way professional to review and secure property rights for company projects. You will coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and Legal teams to ensure compliance and timely access to assets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree plus related experience and knowledge of ROW procedures. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of related experience, or equivalent.
• IRWA/IRWP preferred.
• Strong knowledge of right-of-way processes and documentation.
• Ability to negotiate and influence internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review and retrieve easements, leases, licenses, permits, contracts for compliance and asset maintenance.
• Coordinate activities between Engineering and Operations.
• Research property records to determine legal ownership and descriptions.
• Prepare documents for the legal organization to manage ROW issues.
• Negotiate land rights and settlements with property owners under supervision.
• Monitor ROW records reconciliation and file management.
