Job summary

Coserv is seeking a ROW & Real Estate Manager to lead the ROW & Real Estate Services Team and oversee all real estate matters, including acquisitions, easements, rights-of-way, and encroachments. The role interfaces with state and governing agencies and prepares legal documents for franchise agreements and developments.

The position supports expert witness activities in eminent domain and condemnation cases, requiring strong leadership, coordination, and regulatory compliance skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of real estate law and industry practices.
• Experience coordinating with legal counsel on real estate documents.
• Ability to manage multiple real estate projects and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develops processes for easements, franchise agreements, and encroachments.
• Oversees real estate acquisitions, land negotiations, and property management.
• Negotiates with owners and developers to acquire real estate and rights-of-way.
• Coordinates with legal counsel on real estate documents and service agreements.
• Represents the company before boards and city councils on real estate issues.
