Qualifications

• Four to six years in acquisition and negotiation, preferably for transmission easements.
• Experience with oil, gas, and electricity easements.
• Ability to work with senior management and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify land ownership from Company and public records and prepare easement acquisitions.
• Prepare offers and documents for acquiring properties from owners and agencies.
• Coordinate with staff, management and legal counsel on complex ROW/property issues.
• Research and gather information from federal/state agencies and records.
