Job summary

HDR, Inc. in Boston, MA, is seeking a Right of Way Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams on major infrastructure programs across New England.

You will coordinate area delivery, manage scope, schedule and budget, and develop staff while engaging clients and stakeholders to meet project goals. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 7+ years of relevant experience and at least 2 years in project management, with a strong focus on communication, QA/QC, and collaborative problem

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• 7+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years leading ROW teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and retain strong relationships with team, project managers, and client development managers throughout Massachusetts and New England Area.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, staffing, risk, quality, and client commitments across multiple projects.
• Direct multidisciplinary and distributed teams, balance workloads, and support staff loading and workshare across the region.
• Coordinate right-of-way work with design, environmental, utility, survey, legal, construction, and program management teams.
• Maintain effective QA/QC procedures, technical standards, and consistent project delivery practices.
