Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Water Engineering to lead and coordinate large water projects in the New England region. You will guide multi-discipline teams from development through close-out, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain strong client relations.

Preferred candidates hold a Master's degree and a PE license, with 10+ years of project management experience and familiarity with MS Office and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• MS Office and MS Project experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Active Professional Engineer license preferred or required by location.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams through project lifecycle.
• Manage large projects or high-complexity projects with multiple staff.
• Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently.
• Establish and maintain client relations and participate in meetings.
• Conduct deliverable development sessions with staff and stakeholders.
• Coordinate staffing and workload to meet budgets and schedules.
• Track financials and adjust efforts to stay within budget and schedule.
• Oversee QA/QC procedures and project reviews.
• Mentor junior Project Managers and lead large project teams.
