Job summary

HDR is seeking a Right of Way Project Manager to lead ROW activities for power, transportation, and energy projects in the Massachusetts and New England region. You will recruit, develop, and manage a team of ROW professionals, coordinate with design, environmental, utility, and legal groups, and drive project growth and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in ROW or infrastructure, a related Bachelor's degree, and proven project management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; related field preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of related experience in ROW or infrastructure.
• At least 2 years of project management experience; strong client communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and retain relationships with team, PMs, and client development managers in MA and New England.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, staffing, risk, quality, and client commitments across multiple projects.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams, balance workloads, and support regional staff loading and workshare.
