HDR is seeking a Right of Way Assistant Project Manager to support the successful delivery of ROW projects across the Mid-Atlantic region. You will work with project managers, acquisition teams, and clients to coordinate execution, monitor schedules, and assist with budgets and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Support PMs or Leads for successful delivery of ROW projects.
• Coordinate activities among acquisition agents and project stakeholders.
• Monitor schedules, parcel status, and milestones; identify risks.
• Assist in tracking budgets, forecasts, invoicing, and change management.
• Prepare project reports and client-facing documentation.
• Support landowner engagement and resolve property-rights issues.
• Coordinate quality reviews and verify documents comply with standards.
• Assist with resource planning and workload coordination.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
