Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a ROW Program Manager/Project Manager to lead all aspects of ROW project execution, staff oversight, budgeting, and client coordination for electric transmission projects. The role supports ERCOT, SPP, SWEPCO experience and large-scale deployments.

You will monitor schedules, risks, and performance metrics while ensuring compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements. Offices nationwide are acceptable; strong field coordination is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in right-of-way, project management, or related field.
• Knowledge of IRWA practices, real estate law, and regulatory permitting processes.
• Additional education, licenses, or certifications (e.g., IRWA training) may be considered in meeting experience requirements.
• ERCOT, SPP, SWEPCO, varying voltages of electric transmission, and LARGE-SCALE experience is a plus for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee office and staff operations; select and manage field office operations as needed.
• Supervise project staff, subcontractors, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, risk assessments, and earned value analyses.
• Act as primary client contact; communicate status, risks and updates effectively.
