Job summary

Contract Land Staff, LLC is seeking an experienced Permitting Agent to support field-level permit investigations in Allentown, PA. This role involves identifying permitting crossings along the ROW, coordinating with agencies, and filing permit documents.

The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years in permitting, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with Right of Way processes, environmental considerations, and standard office software.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of Permitting Agent experience.
• Willingness to work on-site in Allentown, PA.
• Railroads and HOP permit experience is a plus.
• Associate degree or 2 years college plus ROW experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Identify permitting crossings along the ROW for projects.
• Contact permitting agencies to determine requirements.
• Obtain and file all permit-related documents per procedures.
• Represent the client in presentations and negotiations with agencies.
