Mountain Ltd. is seeking a ROW Agent to work remotely as a Permit/ROW Engineer.

The role involves engineering routine and specific COE/OSP work orders and providing administrative and field support for the network plant provisioning process. Applicants must read and interpret engineering drawings and legal descriptions, search titles, perform basic appraisals, and negotiate ROW documents to obtain rights‑of‑way and permits on private or government property.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in COE/OSP engineering.
• Ability to read/interprete engineering drawings and legal descriptions; search titles; perform basic appraisals; negotiate ROW documents.
• Minimum three years’ experience in ROW specialty field.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and field support to network provisioning; prepare work order drawings and documentation; update work order records; analyze reports; provide work order expenditures/placements; data entry to support systems.
