Zusammenfassung

CLS in Allentown, PA is seeking an experienced Utility Siting Contractor to support planning, evaluation, and development of utility infrastructure projects. You will identify routes, parcels, ROW considerations, and coordinate with Engineering, Environmental, Permitting, Project Management, and ROW teams.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in utility siting, a related bachelor's degree is a plus, and proficiency with GIS, KMZ files, Google Earth, and MS Office. Some travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years of utility siting experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of utility siting and route selection processes.
• Experience supporting utility infrastructure projects (electric, telecom, etc.).
• Proficiency with GIS applications and mapping platforms.

Aufgaben

• Review proposed utility routes, plans, GIS/KMZ files, and property data.
• Evaluate greenfield, existing ROW, and alternative routes.
• Identify affected parcels, landowners, easements, and property impacts.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Environmental, Permitting, Project Management, and ROW teams.
• Assist with preliminary ROW/acquisition cost estimates.
• Support landowner, municipality, and stakeholder coordination.
• Maintain accurate siting, mapping, parcel, and project documentation.
• Support transition from siting into ROW acquisition.
