Responsibilities

• Directs the activities of ROW Agents under supervision.
• Ensures efficient, accurate, and timely completion of work.
• Researchers, negotiates, and arranges land lease and rights acquisitions.
• Prepares daily activity reports and special reports on negotiations.
• Coordinates with Project Manager and landowners, ensuring compliance with policies.
