Qualifications
- Negotiation with land owners and designees.
- Setting fair market values for land acquisitions and rights.
- Drafting/ supervising documents for rights of entry, easements, permits, leases.
- Using GIS tools and records to verify ownership and interests.
Responsibilities
- Conduct diverse negotiations with land owners or designees.
- Settle damage claims related to construction impacts.
- Search records to determine ownership and interests.
- Advise on fair market values for land acquisitions.
- Draft documents for rights of entry, licenses, leases, and permits.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
