Job summary

King & Sykes, a private equity backed energy infrastructure company in Houston, seeks a delivery‑oriented ROW/Land Manager to drive end‑to‑end acquisition execution across active pipeline projects, interfacing with external land firms and stakeholders to ensure land/ROW is delivered on schedule, compliant, and audit‑ready.

The role reports to the SVP Projects within a fast‑growing capital projects team managing ~ $350M of projects in flight and a large contracted backlog.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ROW/land acquisition in energy or linear infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing external land agents/consultants.
• Working knowledge of easements, leases and surface use, damages, title/curative coordination.
• Strong project management discipline with milestones, risk logs, and escalation processes.

Responsibilities

• ROW/Land acquisition delivery across planned projects from planning to closeout.
• Vendor management and quality control of external land firms and documents.
• Stakeholder and legal coordination with Land and Legal on title issues and contracts.
• Budgeting, documentation, and audit readiness across projects.
