Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant ROW, PM experience.
• Knowledge of IRWA practices, real estate law, and regulatory permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Office and staff oversight; manage field office operations if required.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Act as the primary client contact; communicate status, risks, and updates.
• Oversee land acquisition, rights-of-way, easements, licenses, leases, and permits.
