Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of database management or process improvement documentation.
• 7+ years of Oil / Gas / Energy experience.
• Excellent oral / written communication and presentation skills across all levels.
• Leading people or projects or mentoring/training experience.
• Initiative with minimal supervision and strong forecasting/analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise input of land information into ROWDMAP database.
• Oversee records management systems and quality control program.
• Coordinate payments and third-party invoicing processes.
• Coordinate records management for land and ROW assets.
• Coordinate handling, retrieval, and transmittal for acquisitions/divestitures.
• Lead land records coordination for acquisitions/divestitures and data collection.
• Enforce land records policies across business units.
• Develop data capture standards for manual input and imaging.
• Monitor and analyze quality of electronic land data capture.
• Provide leadership to a team of ROW Analysts and drive accountability.
• Drive process improvements and manage change with stakeholders.
• Develop workflow diagrams and materials to guide technical teams.
• Solve complex problems and provide solution-oriented analysis.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
