Job summary

Clark Land Resources is expanding in Texas and seeks a Client Service Manager to support growth, strengthen client relationships, and deliver complex ROW projects. The role blends client service, project leadership, and advanced ROW expertise as a trusted advisor to clients.

The candidate will guide project delivery, manage budgets and schedules, ensure data accuracy, and mentor teammates while navigating regulatory requirements and company standards.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) or more years of right‑of‑way or related industry experience.
• IRWA SR/WA designation required; licenses preferred or attainable upon hire.
• Strong client service and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior‑level client service leader and subject matter expert.
• Proactively build and maintain strong client relationships by exceeding service expectations and delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Navigate and resolve complex situations with clients, property owners, agencies, and internal teams.
• Direct and mentor team members as applicable.
• Meet regularly with client and agency representatives.
• Support marketing and business development activities.
• Maintain budgets, scopes of work, schedules, and contract compliance.
