Job summary

Percheron, LLC is seeking a Document Specialist to support right-of-way and solar project documentation. You will manage data entry, review title information, and prepare option/easement packages for multiple projects.

You will coordinate with the Documents Supervisor, maintain records across databases, and generate project reports while ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
• Experience with project data and records management.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Documents Supervisor or LAD Managing Director for scope and guidance.
• Manage multiple daily requests with time-sensitive information and deadlines.
• Review title information, LTC, and title opinions; maintain ownership data.
• Review right-of-way documents and maintain easement records across databases.
• Prepare option/easement documents using approved templates and client instructions.
• Scan, upload, and data-enter documents into document management systems.
• Prepare letters for mailout (Introductory, Survey Notification, etc.).
• QA/QC documents created by another Document Specialist.
• Process option/easement packages for funding or transfer; ensure compliance.
• Maintain title and easement records and keep files organized.
• Verify payment calculations; assist Project Manager with special projects.
• Produce various project reports; coordinate GIS mapping of tracts (KMZ/CAD).
• Submit documents for recording to county offices; secure original documents.
