Job summary

Rovensa Next is seeking a Portfolio Marketing Manager for Row Crops to lead marketing strategy, product positioning, and commercial execution for corn, soybeans, wheat, and cotton across North America. You will translate technical data into compelling customer value propositions and drive go-to-market plans that boost product adoption and market share.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Business, Marketing, Crop Science, or a related field is required.
Minimum of 7 years in product marketing, portfolio marketing, brand management, or commercial marketing within agriculture.
Experience marketing agricultural inputs like seeds, biologicals, inoculants, crop nutrition, fertility, or crop protection.

Responsibilities

Translate field trial data and technical product information into differentiated marketing claims and messaging.
Develop portfolio value propositions, positioning statements, and proof libraries for row crops.
Ensure consistent product messaging across sales tools, campaigns and materials.
