Job summary

BASF Agriculture Solutions in RTP, NC is hiring a Head of Seeds Portfolio Management to define the U.S. seeds portfolio strategy across soybean, cotton, and canola.

You will lead a high-performing team responsible for portfolio lifecycle, pricing, and launch execution, partnering with Sales and National Accounts to maximize revenue and market share. The role requires extensive experience in seeds marketing, strategic leadership, and collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Agriculture, Marketing, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive commercial experience in related sectors.
• Extensive sales and marketing experience in agricultural/seed industries.
• Deep knowledge of canola, cotton, and soybean seed markets.

Responsibilities

• Own U.S. Seeds portfolio strategy across soybean, cotton, and canola.
• Lead portfolio lifecycle management and market positioning.
• Drive pricing strategy and launch execution for hybrids and traits.
• Develop customer and channel strategies with sales teams.
• Direct annual business planning, forecasting, and investment decisions.
• Partner across Crop Protection, Seed Treatment, and Agronomy teams.
