Qualifications

• TDOT Technical Specialist I/II/III require a Bachelor's Degree in a related field as outlined in the position description.
• TDOT Specialist II requires Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of demonstrated competency in related field.
• TDOT Specialist III requires Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of demonstrated competency in related field.

Responsabilités

• Perform ROW functions in accordance with the Uniform Act, TDOT ROW Manual, and TDOT standards.
• Conduct good faith negotiations on low-value parcels and assist with real estate closings.
• Determine relocation benefit eligibility and provide relocation assistance and advisory services.
