Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field as may be outlined in the position description
• Ability to meet the TDOT Competency Program within 6 months of hire
• Possess and maintain a Class D driver's license valid in Tennessee

Aufgaben

• Perform ROW functions in accordance with the Uniform Act, Tennessee statutes, and the TDOT ROW Manual to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Conduct good faith negotiations on low-value, non-complex parcels to support TDOT project delivery.
• Determine eligibility for relocation benefits and provide relocation assistance and advisory services.
