Job summary

HDR in United States - Tennessee is seeking a seasoned Right of Way Project Manager to plan and manage ROW projects across multiple locations. You will coordinate professional staff and oversee development from scope through delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 7 years of related experience, and at least 2 years in project management, with TDOT ROW experience and familiarity with the Uniform Act. HDR’s employee-owned culture supports collaboration and impactful infrastructure work.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage small to medium single-discipline projects or large routine projects.
• Independently coordinate work of professional staff and balance team workload.
• Manage right-of-way projects per the Uniform Act and project budgets.
• Develop policies and procedures, quality and safety plans, and compliant documentation.
• Oversee project staff and provide training as needed.
• Build client relationships and participate in marketing and meetings.
