HDR is seeking an experienced Right of Way Project Manager to lead scope development, budgeting, and coordination across design teams for multiple ROW projects in Tennessee.

You will manage acquisitions and relocations under the Uniform Act, build client relationships, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards. HDR promotes an employee-owned culture with diverse career opportunities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 7 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work with diverse design teams.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium single-discipline projects or large, routine projects.
• Coordinate work of professional staff and balance workload.
• Manage right-of-way projects including acquisition and relocation per the Uniform Act.
• Develop policies, procedures, reports, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee staff training and build client relationships; participate in meetings.
