HDR is seeking a Right of Way Agent II in Tennessee to support project-level negotiations, diligence, and relocation of displaces for public or private projects. The role involves coordinating right-of-way and utility issues and collaborative work with clients and management.

Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years in real estate or related fields, an AA degree or equivalent, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to travel to project sites across TN. TDOT prequalification may be required.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in real estate, right-of-way, title, utility coordination, relocation, or property management.
• Ability to travel to project sites across Tennessee.
• Familiarity with federal/state laws and regulations (Uniform Act, FHWA, FTA, NEPA, etc.).
• Proficiency with MS Office and strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Provide pre-negotiation due diligence and negotiations for acquisition of rights and relocation.
• Coordinate right-of-way and utility issues for clients.
• Support real property projects including assessments, risk analysis, acquisition, relocation, and coordination.
• Travel to various project sites across TN.
• Perform other duties as needed.
