Job summary

Archway Communities, Inc. seeks a Roving Property Manager to support multiple affordable housing communities.

You will cover staff absences, vacancies, and special projects while ensuring quality resident services, occupancy, compliance, and strong operational performance across assigned properties. Responsibilities include managing leasing, budgets, and coordination with maintenance, with a focus on resident relations, 90% satisfaction targets, and timely work-order closure.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in property management or multifamily operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, LIHTC, HUD, and housing regulations helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day property operations to maintain safety, maintenance, and full occupancy.
• Maintain targeted occupancy levels, aiming for 98% occupancy.
• Support long-term residency and minimize turnover, targeting 24 months average tenancy.
• Oversee unit turns and leasing to reduce vacancy duration (5 days turn, 21 days lease).
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely work orders and property upkeep.
• Provide financial oversight and operate within budgets; support monthly reviews.
