Job summary

11Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager - Roving to support communities across the Everett-Lynnwood-Edmonds area. You will assist in daily operations, leasing cycles, and vendor coordination, collaborating with the Property Manager to ensure resident satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

You will travel between properties, perform site visits, and maintain strong customer service while upholding company standards and Fair Housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; higher education a plus.
• Knowledge of apartment management laws and regulations preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; professional in person, over the phone, and in writing.
• Ability to de-escalate conflict and resolve issues with residents and teams.
• Willingness to travel to various sites and work on-site; no remote work.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver resident service and address concerns with professionalism and timely follow-up.
• Oversee leasing process from inquiry to move-in, including tours and applications.
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Assist Property Manager with on-site reporting, communications, and compliance.
• Travel to communities within the region to support operations.
