Affinity-Property-Management is seeking a Roving Assistant Property Manager to support multiple communities in Eugene and Springfield, Oregon. The role is in-person at the assigned community with a variable schedule.

You will report to the Property Manager and handle leasing, tours, and resident relations, with opportunities for commissions and a transportation allowance. The position requires 1+ years in multi-family property management, familiarity with Yardi Voyager and CRM, and strong

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in multi-family property management required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Familiarity with Yardi Voyager and CRM systems preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide tours to prospective and current residents.
• Complete full cycle lease process with prospective residents.
• Assist Property Manager with delinquency process and vendor invoices.
• Advertise and promote the property and manage lead management software.
