Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in real estate, business, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in property management with leadership experience.
• 1+ years of LIHTC or public housing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties including leasing, resident retention, maintenance, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with Affordable Housing and Public Housing Agency programs where applicable.
• Lead and train office staff; monitor policies and procedures for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Regional Manager on property updates and personnel issues.
• Manage financials including deposits, rent collection, and delinquency procedures.
