Job summary

The Dolben Company, Inc. is seeking a Roving Assistant Property Manager to rotate among properties in the New England portfolio.

You will work with each on-site Property Manager to supervise leasing, collections, resident relations, maintenance coordination, and admin tasks. Responsibilities include leading by example, driving rent collection, tours for new leases, and supporting social media and resident events.

Qualifications

• A college degree is preferred.
• 1-3 years of property management, hospitality or retail experience.
• Exposure to revenue, P&L and budget management.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MRI, YARDI and Nexus software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities at the community in partnership with the on-site Property Manager.
• Lead leasing, collections, resident relations, and maintenance coordination.
• Ensure policy and procedure compliance across communities.
• Provide tours and leasing presentations to secure new leases.
• Travel between properties as part of a roving role.
