NP Dodge Management Company is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a multifamily community in Lincoln, Nebraska. The role focuses on achieving ownership goals through effective leadership, leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.

The position requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of property management practices, and the ability to balance occupancy with financial performance. ARM certification is a plus, and you will report to the Regional Manager.

Qualifications

• Prospective candidates should have strong knowledge of leasing and resident retention policies.
• Experience in property management leadership is preferred.
• Ability to work with property management software and financial systems.
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations (Fair Housing, OSHA) is expected.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned property including maintenance, leasing, and grounds.
• Lead and train office staff to meet operational standards and policy compliance.
• Coordinate tenant relations, rent collection, and delinquency procedures.
• Oversee new rental agreements and verification processes.
• Maintain property inspections, safety standards, and curb appeal.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager on updates and staffing.
• Ensure service contracts and maintenance schedules are followed.
