NP Dodge Company seeks a Great Large Site Assistant Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an apartment community, including leasing, maintenance, and customer service, while supporting the Property Manager to meet ownership goals.

Primary responsibilities cover enforcing policies, coordinating service contracts, maintaining health and safety standards, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in property management or related industry.
• CPM and ARM designation preferred.
• Ability to earn ARM Certification and familiarity with property management software and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of the assigned property including maintenance, leasing and grounds.
• Assists Property Manager in leading and training office staff to achieve operational excellence and compliance.
• Monitors rent collection, deposits, and delinquency procedures per policy.
• Addresses tenant concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinates new rental agreements and verification processes.
• Ensures health and safety through regular inspections and curb appeal.
• Manages service contracts and scheduling of maintenance tasks.
• Maintains inventory of equipment and supplies for property.
