CONAM Management Corporation is seeking a Roving Business Manager for the Las Vegas region. The role combines on-site accounting and leasing duties and serves as the person-in-charge when the Community Manager is unavailable, ensuring seamless operations across multiple conventional apartment communities.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in property management, strong customer service, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in conventional or luxury property management.
• Strong understanding of day-to-day operations of a multi-family apartment community.
• Excellent customer service and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial operations of the apartment community, including AP/AR and rent processing.
• Support Community Manager and Regional Management with budgeting, reports, and cost control.
• Oversee leasing from inquiries to move-ins to ensure smooth resident experiences.
• Maintain accurate resident files and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist with marketing/advertising to fill vacancies.
• Promote high occupancy by conducting tours and processing applications.
• Handle resident relations and provide excellent customer service.
