This full-time role covers maintenance, repairs, turnovers, and resident service requests, with a focus on delivering quality living environments and curb appeal.

You will perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, respond to resident requests, supervise unit turnovers, and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, appliance repair, and carpentry.
• Ability to operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances).
• Address resident service requests related to apartment maintenance.
• Oversee turnovers: inspections, repairs, cleaning for move-ins.
• Maintain curb appeal including landscaping and exterior upkeep.
• Collaborate with technicians, contractors, and management.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance.
• Ensure safety compliance and regulatory standards.
• Ability to drive locally for property management needs.
• Other duties as required.
