Qualifications

• 1-2 years of conventional/luxury property management experience.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of day-to-day operations of a multi-family apartment community.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial operations: AP, AR, rent processing.
• Oversee leasing process from inquiry to move-ins.
• Maintain accurate resident files and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist with marketing to fill vacancies and drive occupancy.
• Collaborate with Community Manager and Regional Management on budgets and cost control.
• Be ready to act as person-in-charge in Community Manager's absence.
