CONAM Management Corporation is seeking a Roving Business Manager to support multiple affordable communities in the San Diego region. The role blends on-site accounting, leasing, and acting as person-in-charge when the Community Manager is away.

This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits, with pay ranging from $26.00 to $28.00 per hour. You will drive occupancy, manage finances, and coordinate with regional management to ensure compliance and excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• Experience in affordable apartment communities (HUD/LIHTC/PSH/Section 8).
• 1–2 years in affordable properties and supervisory roles.
• Strong day-to-day operations knowledge for multi-family communities.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial operations: A/P, A/R, rent processing.
• Support asset management with budgets and financial reports.
• Oversee leasing from inquiry to move-in for vacancies.
• Maintain resident files and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist with marketing to fill vacancies and drive occupancy.
• Handle resident relations and provide excellent service.
• Document leases and move-in/move-out records.
• Enforce policies with fair housing compliance.
