This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a pay range of $28.00–$30.00 per hour, with opportunities to mentor staff and drive community success while coordinating with corporate leadership.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of property management experience.
• Experience overseeing the daily operations of a multi-family community.
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and rent collection knowledge.
• Proficient with Yardi or MRI software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a conventional multi-family apartment community.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise on-site apartment staff.
• Manage the leasing process, including marketing, tours, applications and leases.
• Ensure financial performance by creating budgets and monthly reports.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with standards.
• Administer resident programs and services to maintain high satisfaction.
• Oversee renovations and ensure projects stay on time and budget.
• Handle resident concerns professionally and resolve issues.
