Job summary

Stratum LLC is seeking a confident, experienced Roving Assistant Manager to join a dynamic team. You will travel between Stratum communities, partnering with onsite teams to support leasing, administration, and daily operations.

Initial home property is SandyPlace Apartments with opportunities to support other properties as needed. The role requires weekend availability and flexibility for varying schedules.

Qualifications

• Six to twelve months of property management experience preferred.
• Prior leasing and Assistant Manager experience preferred.
• Must have customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel between assigned properties and provide on-site support.
• Assist with leasing, administrative tasks, and financial reporting.
• Support maintenance teams and vendors to resolve issues.
• Inspect units and ensure property appearance.
• Handle after-hours or emergency situations when needed.
