Job summary

Indigo Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who will rove across Seattle and South Sound locations, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding guest service. You will lead site teams, manage maintenance scheduling, and coordinate vendor bids to maintain high standards of property care.

The role requires strong communication, decision-making, and a proactive mindset, with experience in property management software and a focus on customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; BA preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Current driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
• Working knowledge of Yardi or other property management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support site teams; provide guidance and training.
• Direct day-to-day operations across multiple locations.
• Coordinate maintenance, curb appeal, and make-ready scheduling.
• Ensure all service requests are completed daily.
• Generate and manage on-call emergency maintenance schedules.
• Lead punch lists for vacated units and quality inspections.
