Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; finance certifications a plus.
• Proven experience in member service or sales in banking/credit union.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to explain financial concepts clearly and empathetically.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in financial transactions.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with email and Microsoft Office tools.
• Flexible to work weekends/extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and promote exceptional service in the branch.
• Engage members to understand financial goals and offer personalized solutions.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and promote TVFCU products.
• Process transactions including deposits, loan closings, and debit cards.
• Educate members on online/mobile banking.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies.
• Be flexible to move between branches as needed.
• Meet production goals by identifying needs and offering TVFCU products.
• Maintain knowledge to answer product, policy questions.
