CONAM Management is seeking a Roving Community Manager for Villa Serena Apts in Chula Vista, CA. This full-time role manages operations, leasing, budgeting, and resident relations across affordable properties, ensuring high resident satisfaction and strong financial performance.

You will lead on-site staff, coordinate marketing and tours, prepare budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure compliance with housing regulations while maintaining exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in property management, specifically in supervising affordable apartment communities.
• Experience with HUD, LIHTC, PSH, Section 8, Senior, Rural Development is required.
• Proficient with property management software such as Yardi and MRI, especially for managing records and financials.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance required.

• Oversee daily operations of affordable multi-family communities, ensuring safety, maintenance, and welcoming environment.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise on-site staff, guiding customer service, leasing, and resident relations.
