This role requires EPA Universal or Type II HVAC certification, rotating on-call availability, the ability to travel throughout the Tampa region, and effective communication skills with residents and team members.

Position Overview

Our Roving Maintenance Technicians enjoy competitive hourly pay plus a performance-based bonus of up to $600 per quarter. The role involves travel throughout the Tampa region, so candidates must have a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Appliance Repair, Locks & Keys, Basic Carpentry, Painting and Drywall Repair, Janitorial, Grounds
