Venterra Realty Maintenance Technician - Roving (Tampa Region)

We are seeking a Roving Maintenance Technician to support our Tampa region communities. This role offers competitive hourly pay plus a performance-based bonus of up to $600 per quarter. The ideal candidate will have a reliable vehicle, as travel throughout the region is required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Appliance Repair
2. Locks & Keys, Basic Carpentry, Painting and Drywall Repair
3. Janitorial and Grounds Maintenance

Minimum Requirements:

• EPA Universal or Type II HVAC certification
• Ability to travel throughout the Tampa region
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience in facilities maintenance
• On-call availability for emergencies, including after hours, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable vehicle

• Strong plumbing skills and HVAC knowledge
• Ability to respond promptly to maintenance issues
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
