Job summary

CloudTen Residential seeks a Maintenance Technician for roving, temporary coverage across multiple properties in the Berkeley Heights/Creekwood areas. The role requires a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites to perform preventive and corrective maintenance.

Hourly pay range is $27.00 - $30.00 DOE, with renewal bonuses possible at assigned properties. The position emphasizes safety, timely issue resolution, and high resident service standards.

Qualifications

• One-year certificate from college or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training.
• A valid driver's license is required, as this position involves regular travel between properties.
• Proficient at Microsoft Office.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of property maintenance, including preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.
• Perform appliance, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool, custodial tasks as needed.
• Ensure exterior curb appeal and grounds cleanliness across properties.
• Maintain inventory control of tools, equipment, and supplies; use PPE as assigned.
• Handle maintenance requests promptly and notify management if delays occur.
• Assist in on-call emergency service and special maintenance projects.
