Job summary

Aeon is seeking a highly skilled Roving Maintenance Technician to support maintenance across our portfolio in the Twin Cities. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday from 8am to 4:30pm, with no on-call responsibilities, and requires travel between properties.

You will diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and related building systems, while delivering responsive, professional service to residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily apartment maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues across building systems.
• Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and complete a broad range of maintenance repairs.
• Complete service requests efficiently with quality workmanship and resident service focus.
• Maintain documentation of work orders, inspections, and repairs.
