Qualifications

• Experience with unit turns, appliance repair, and common area upkeep.
• Strong communication and customer service with residents and vendors.
• Willingness to travel between Wright County properties.
• Physical tasks such as lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and working indoors/outdoors.
• Familiarity with safety practices and building codes preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant trade preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and building systems.
