Job summary

Aeon in Minneapolis is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join Exodus, a 72-unit permanent supportive housing community.

This full-time, Monday–Friday role offers a predictable schedule with no on-call responsibilities, and focuses on safe, well-maintained homes.

You will diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and perform turnovers while delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment or multifamily maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Valid driver's license and own basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Prepare apartments for new residents and conduct quality inspections.
• Maintain records of work orders and coordinate with managers and vendors.
